Our mission is to provide quality skilled nursing care and rehabilitation in a home-like setting to the community that trusts us. Carriage House Manor and the Cottages is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility. We partner with all local physicians, the local hospital, numerous vendors, consultants, and a chaplain agency to meet the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each resident, their families, and the community.
Arvis and Sheila Tanton purchased Carriage House Manor in October 2000. Arvis has been operating Carriage House as administrator for over 20 years. Other members of the family are on-staff along with numerous long-term employees. We value the importance of family at Carriage House.
