Charlotte Baxter
Charlotte joined Carriage House Manor in September 2002. She brings exceptional customer service to our facility having worked previously in commercial and retail banking. She is an Ambassador with the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce and a past director on the Chamber’s Board. She also is a member of the Pilot Club and has served as past president and secretary of the Hopkins County Marketers Association. Charlotte is a member of our facility’s Quality Assurance and Peer Review committees. She has received several awards, including First Convenience Bank Manager of the Year and Sales Promo of the Year, 2009 Ambassador of the Year, and 2003 Employee of the Year at Carriage House. However, Charlotte’s most proud of her family. She is married with two sons, two stepchildren, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Regarding her job, Charlotte said, “Marketing for the preferred nursing facility in this area makes my job enjoyable. It is my goal to make every admission into our facility feel special and to make every family member know that they have made the right choice for their loved ones.”
