    Elizabeth Mills

Elizabeth “Beth” Mills came to Carriage House in 2011. She started as a Certified Nurse Aide while she was attending nursing school at Northeast Texas Community College. In 2015 she earned an Associate Degree, RN at Paris Junior College. Beth’s compassionate resident care helped her quickly advance at Carriage House. She went from C.N.A. to charge nurse to wound care nurse. In 2016 she became our Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON). And in November 2018, we were proud to promote Beth to Director of Nurses.

In addition to supervising our quality nursing care, Beth oversees the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement committee and Infection Control. She participates in the Peer Review Committee and the Fall Prevention committee. She is our biggest champion for person-centered resident care. Beth says, “I love geriatric nursing and assisting our community with their rehab needs. I am doing exactly what I am meant to do!”
